Maintenance and Care

  Daily maintenance and care of the machine are crucial. Regularly observe the machine's moving parts, water system, air system, and electrical system. If any abnormality is detected, immediately stop the machine for inspection and repair. Only operate the machine after the problem has been resolved.

1. Bearings and Lubrication

Promptly lubricate all lubrication points. Regularly add calcium-based grease to the conveyor roller bearings, brush roller bearings, conveyor bearings, chains, sprockets, and gears. Change the lubricant in the reducer every six months. Check the oil level during operation and keep it above the centerline of the oil gauge.

2. Water System Maintenance

The water used for brushing the water system is recycled. The water in the water tank should be replaced daily to ensure clean water. Check the water spray regularly and clear any blockages.

3. Air System Maintenance

Regularly check the operation of the blower. Immediately stop the machine for inspection and repair if any unusual noise is detected. Clean the air inlet filter grille every two months. Maintain a clean workshop (or blower room) to prevent dust from being drawn into the air system and contaminating the glass.

Precautions

1. If the machine experiences any abnormality, immediately press the red "Emergency Stop" switch to completely stop the machine. Turn off the main power, inspect the machine, and troubleshoot.

2. Always keep the water tank fully filled.

3. When cleaning flat glass with a thickness of 3-20mm, trace water droplets may remain on the back edge of the glass after drying.

4. After installation and adjustment, perform a test run according to the sequence. If glass breaks due to improper adjustment, immediately stop the conveyor.

5. The glass being cleaned must be edged by an edge grinder. Unedgeable glass can easily scratch the brushes and conveyor rollers.
